School Readiness

Davidson County School Readiness is a Parents as Teachers program that conducts home visits for families with children from prenatal through 5 years until the child enters kindergarten. Our School Readiness Specialists make monthly visits with families to share appropriate developmental information, resources, screenings, and activities to help parents know what THEY can do to help prepare their child to enter school happy, healthy, and ready to learn.  If you are interested in learning more about our program, contact the coordinator, Hannah Vinson, by email or phone.
