Welcome to the Fair Grove School Readiness/Parents As Teachers Program
The Fair Grove School Readiness/Parents as Teachers Program is a home visitation program for families with children from Birth until they enter kindergarten. We make home visits twice a month with families to share appropriate developmental information, resources, screenings, and activities to help parents know what THEY can do to prepare their child to enter school happy, healthy, and ready to learn.
