Instructional Coach

Hi, I am the instructional coach at Fair Grove.  My name is Nichole Bacon.  I have worked for Davidson County Schools for 24 years.  I started as a School Readiness Specialist working with families before I started teaching.   I have taught Kindergarten,First and Second grades.  I attended Salem College where I earned a BA with a K-6 Elementary Education certification and a MEd in Language and Literacy with a K-12 Reading certification.   I love reading and sharing that love with teachers, parents and students.  As a title 1 school, I look forward to meeting you at the upcoming family nights.   Please feel free to email me at if you have any questions about the curriculum
